Customer Service

Our customers get unlimited email-based technical support for all their email related questions. Send any questions, comments, suggestions, or problems in an email message to:

services@elistx.com

Our customer service extends to include anyone who sends messages to or receives messages from any of our customers through our service. For example, if you are a subscriber of any elist we host or you are a destination mailbox for any of our forwarding customers please do contact us -- as indicated above -- regarding any problems you are having.

All customer service inquiries receive a response from a person within one business day.

Reporting Spam or Abuse

Anyone who believes our service was used in a manner inconsistent with our service agreement should send as much information as possible to the following email address:

abuse@elistx.com

Be sure to send a complete copy of the email message you find to be a problem, including the complete set of all its headers.

All reports of abuse or spam receive a response from a person within 24 hours.
