eList eXpress offers professional mailing list (elist) hosting and management services to individuals and organizations through a point-and-click web interface. We offer elist owners functionality without technical details.

Our customer service philosophy is, "Our job is to make your job easier." If you don't see it and you want it, let us know. If we can do it, you can have it. At no additional cost!

When we host or manage your elists you control the configuration and we do all the work. We offer a superset of the configuration control options you can get from all other elist services and technologies and we make it easy to use!

• You control your elists through a point-and-click web interface we provide, called your elist owner home page.
• Your elist owner home page is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at your convenience.
• All configuration changes take effect immediately; no waiting for IS/IT staff, customer service, or technical support.

Compare our commitment to you with this list of a few of the additional services we include at no additional cost. Other service providers charge $100 a month or more for each of these services!

• Use of your domain name; it is your email after all.
• We process all subscribe and unsubscribe requests, including a live person help desk for your subscribers as well as you.
• We filter and screen all messages for viruses and spam.
• We will customize our services to meet your special needs.
• We process all failed email messages automatically removing invalid email addresses.

Your monthly fee is based on a small maintenance charge plus a fee per message distributed to each subscriber. There are no other charges or expenses! Fees start as low as $10 per month for up to 10,000 messages per month (for example, that's 1 message to a list with 10,000 subscribers or 100 messages to a list with 100 subscribers). You pay only for the resources you use; there are no pre-purchase requirements or pre-set limits.

There is no setup or registration fee if you use our automated registration process. You can be creating and using elists in 20-30 minutes depending on your email connectivity. If you have special needs or concerns, including wanting to use your own domain name, please contact us directly.
